Prioritize Consistency over Intensity


I know it's exciting starting a new adventure! But... You are better off doing a 30-minute, moderate-intensity strength sesh three times per week than you are doing a two-hour, high-intensity workout six times a week. Burnout & overtraining are real. And this is not sustainable.


Remember that it takes time and consistency to build your body. Be patient & have grace with yourself. Every single choice you make can bring you to a happier & healthier state of body & mind.
